Account Management

Users have easy access to their account balance and transaction history. To create their account/M-Wallet, customers are assisted by an agent equipped with a smartphone or terminal capable of managing the service registration.

Cash-in and Cash Out

Users can visit a PosteMobile representative on the field to make a withdrawal or deposit, safely debiting or crediting their account/M-Wallet.

Person-to-Person Transfers

Users have multiple options to send money to a loved one: either through an agent, directly from their basic phone (IVR/SMS/USSD), or using the PosteMobile M-Wallet app.

Bill Payments

Users can easily and securely pay their bills with their simple phone or the M-Wallet application on their smartphone. Assistance from an agent is available. PosteMobile connects to the bill issuer's information system to verify credentials and authorize the transaction. This service is aimed at PosteMobile current account holders.

Contactless Payments at Points of Sale

A user can securely and conveniently make payments in a store using a basic mobile phone, regardless of the model or operator. A merchant enrolled in the PosteMobile service can accept these payments, providing customers with the convenient advantage of secure and simple contactless payments. The merchant needs to download the TP1600 application (via Google Play or the App Store). Transaction security at points of sale is ensured by NSDT technology.

Salaries & Pensions

Users can receive their salary directly into their account/M-Wallet - a company employing staff can benefit from PosteMobile services which utilize the application for payroll disbursement. Possible channels for this service include SMS, USSD, or the M-Wallet app.

Savings

Real-time transactions are altering user saving habits. A user can credit a savings account as soon as they receive funds (salary, pension, transfer). This flexibility in managing different accounts allows for organizing and managing savings in an entirely new way.

Loans, Borrowings, Salary Advances

The real-time technology and widespread deployment of mobile phones will transform loan allocation methods. With new risk assessment and management techniques (scoring), users can obtain loans directly on their phones much faster than before. PosteMobile plans to offer microcredit and mesofinance loans in the future.

The funds mobilized can be housed in Banks (Banque Postale, LCB, etc.).

E-payments

Users can pay online with their phone by debiting their account/wallet. When checking out on the merchant site, users are redirected to the PosteMobile online payment system. The merchant website must enter into an agreement with PosteMobile to offer this simple and secure payment method to its customers.
